FAQ


Shipping/Delivery Policy:

  • Any orders placed before 3:00pm will ship on the same business day.
  • Any orders placed after 3:00pm will ship on the following business day.
  • Priority shipping is 3 to 5 business days.
  • Express shipping is 1 to 3 business days.

Refund Policy:

All sales are final and there are no refunds. Due to the nature of our business and the demand for our product, exchanges can be made for a product of equal value within 7 days of receiving shipment. You are responsible for all shipping cost incurred when processing your exchange, unless the return is a result of a Love Me Extensions error.

To process a return, please email (LoveMeExtensions@gmail.com) with the reason for your refund request. Please  include full name, a number where you may be reached and your order number.

Once we receive your returned shipment we will contact you by email to process your return and send your invoice. PACKAGING CAN NOT BE TAMPERED WITH IN ANY WAY. Hair MUST be returned in original package (sealed with bundle tie). Any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale will make all product guarantees null and void.  We will not accept returns or exchanges on any hair that has been installed or altered (colored, processed, washed, brushed, combed or cut).
